Refund Policy
At DigiTec Studios, we prioritise your satisfaction. Our free Revision Policy allows you to request improvements to your initial design brief at no extra cost through your account.
To be eligible for a refund:
– Designs must be unused and not published online.
– Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery of your initial designs. If no request is made within this period, it will be assumed that you are satisfied.
– Special or combo packages follow the same refund rules as single packages.
– Proof of purchase or receipt is required to process any refund.
Client Refund Policy
(a) Refund Eligibility:
– Before order delivery: Full refund minus 20% service & processing fee
– Within 48 hours of design delivery: 66% refund minus 10% service & processing fee.
– After 120 hours of delivery: No refund; however, you may still contact us for assistance.
(b) Request Process::
– All refund requests must be submitted to our support team.
– DigiTec Studios reserves the right to approve or decline refunds on a case-by-case basis based on the user agreement.
(c) Refund Processing:
– Once approved, refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10 working days.
– Delays may occur due to bank processing times; contact info@digitechstudio.com if you don’t receive your refund.
(d) Exceptions:
– Sale items: Non-refundable.
– Third-party domain & hosting: Fees paid for domain registration or hosting are non-refundable, but DigiTec Studios will provide full access to your server.
(e) Disputes & Chargebacks:
– Our billing team will handle any disputes or chargebacks, and DigiTec Studios reserves the right to use legal counsel if needed.
